What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Tenants did not void the N4 Notice and were still in possession of the rental unit at the hearing date.

The ruling

Unless the Tenants void the order by paying $12,986.00 by September 9, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated and they must vacate the rental unit. If they do not pay, they will owe the Landlord $6,392.47 plus daily compensation of $92.05 starting August 22, 2024.
