The ruling

Unless the Tenants void the order by paying $12,986.00 by September 9, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated and they must vacate the rental unit. If they do not pay, they will owe the Landlord $6,392.47 plus daily compensation of $92.05 starting August 22, 2024.
