What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties consented to an order amending the previous order.

The previous order SOL-17359-20 issued on May 11, 2021 is amended to require the Tenants to pay $860.00 (May 2021 rent) to the Landlord on or before October 31, 2021. The Landlord's application SOL-22772-21 is dismissed.
