What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $13,926, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 29, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
