The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2022. The Tenant must pay $7,732.90 to the Landlord, representing rent arrears up to January 17, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $37.63 per day from January 18, 2022, until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 28, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
