What happened

The ruling

The tenancy shall continue if Tenants pay $1,028.62 to Landlord by January 20, 2023. This amount includes outstanding arrears to January 31, 2023, and Landlord's filing fee. If Tenants fail to make the payment, Landlord may apply for termination and eviction within 30 days of the breach.
