What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $11,055.88 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for the application fee. Daily compensation of $29.95 is owed for each day of occupation starting February 10, 2022. If the Tenant does not vacate by February 20, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
