What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the water bills on time and in full, starting September 15, 2021 until December 31, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, and for the payment of any new arrears of rent and NSF charges.
