The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 13, 2021. The tenant must pay $4,522.93 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears up to March 2, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $23.86 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 3, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by March 13, 2021, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
