The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 27, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 27, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $90.68, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from August 15, 2021 to September 15, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $72.33 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 16, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
