What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by December 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $1,700.93, which includes rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 21, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
