What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement, and the Tenant must pay $21.24 per day in compensation from November 16, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
