The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,586.00 to the Landlord or the Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $4,434.18 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $22.19 per day starting January 18, 2022, until they move out. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by January 31, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 1, 2022.
