The previous order SWL-49842-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 18, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,284.28, which includes rent arrears, application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $27.71 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after September 1, 2021.
