What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes, as well as charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,204.54, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, the cost of the application, and unpaid NSF charges. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 4, 2023, they will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
