What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 11, 2019 with respect to application SOL-09137-19.

The ruling

The order issued on February 21, 2020 terminating the tenancy is moot as the Tenant passed away more than 30 days ago, and Section 91 of the Residential Tenancies Act deems a tenancy terminated 30 days after a tenant passes away.
