What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must pay $13,792.12 by October 31, 2022, or $15,150.05 by November 30, 2022, to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $11,544.93 plus $44.64 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out.
