The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,210.68, which includes rent arrears owing up to June 25, 2022 and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 28, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
