What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $6,424.50 in rent arrears and costs. The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the outstanding amount in installments of $110.00 per month from March 2022 to December 2026, with the remaining $44.50 due by January 2027. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
