What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amount. If not paid, the Tenants must move out by November 7, 2022, and pay $8,149.87 plus $38.19 per day from September 30, 2022, until they move out. The Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting November 8, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
