What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenants do not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by April 10, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,704.66 plus daily compensation of $44.95 from March 15, 2023 until move-out.
