What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,911.13, which includes rent arrears up to September 16, 2022, the cost of the application, and unpaid NSF charges. If not paid by October 14, 2022, interest will be charged at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance from October 15, 2022.
