The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,600.87 by August 19, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by August 19, 2022, and pay $1,815.63 plus $38.19 per day from July 19, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 20, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
