The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,061.08, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the cost of filing this application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $44.64 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 17, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
