What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order, which was to refrain from yelling, threatening or causing any kind of disturbance to other residents or staff. The Landlord alleged that the Tenant harassed the Landlord's employee, M. Kameka, who was the assistant resident manager.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by January 17, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
