The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,713.04, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, the cost of the application, and unpaid NSF charges. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 3, 2023, they will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
