The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,219.79 plus $39.04 per day starting January 14, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 24, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
