The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,984.92 by September 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by September 30, 2022, and pay $2,165.85 plus $29.81 per day from August 31, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
