What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,102.83, which includes rent arrears up to June 18, 2021 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $24.35 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 19, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
