The tenancy is terminated as of November 28, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,977.75, which represents the rent arrears and compensation up to November 28, 2021, less the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by January 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
