What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was that the Tenant must have control of her dog at all times when on the residential complex, but the Tenant let go of the dog's leash on two occasions, allowing the dog to act aggressively towards other tenants.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before December 18, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
