What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and lawful rights, and for seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord's staff.
The ruling
The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy. However, the Tenants will be given a final opportunity to preserve their tenancy by complying with the conditions set out in the order.
