What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 6, 2022, and pay $6,303.49 plus $39.53 per day from September 30, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting November 7, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
