The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,300.51 in rent arrears, $60.00 in NSF cheque administration charges, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 31, 2022, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
