The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,265.01 by December 18, 2022. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by December 18, 2022. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $41.59 per day for compensation starting September 15, 2022, until the Tenant moves out.
