What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Tenants failed to pay rent from October 1, 2020, to January 31, 2022. Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective September 3, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 21, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $7,967.15 on or before that date. Tenants must pay $6,572.41 plus $27.94 per day starting February 11, 2022, for rent arrears and compensation. If not paid, Landlord may file for eviction enforcement from February 22, 2022.
