The ruling

The previous order SWL-47193-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by September 18, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,398.93 plus $32.26 per day starting September 1, 2021 until they vacate. If the full amount is not paid by September 18, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
