What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $1,672.94, which represents the arrears of rent, costs and NSF charges for the period ending September 30, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 26, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest commencing November 27, 2021 at a rate of 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
