What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes, as well as NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,308.85 in rent arrears, $25 in NSF cheque charges and related administration charges, and $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 19, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
