The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,557.56, which includes $3,371.56 for arrears owing up to February 28, 2023 and $186.00 for the application fee. The Tenant shall pay the full rent on or before May 1, 2023 or until all arrears have been paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant does not make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, or may ask the LTB to reopen the application.
