Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant transferred the tenancy to another person without the Landlord's consent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant and all unauthorized occupants must vacate the rental unit by August 15, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $32.71 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 15, 2020 until the unit is vacated. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
