The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by October 18, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by October 18, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting October 19, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 18, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
