What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 1, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,890.36 plus $25.61 per day starting October 1, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 1, 2021, they will owe interest starting November 2, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 1, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
