The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 29, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,500 for the cost of repairing the damaged property and $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 29, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 30, 2020.
