What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant and her guests seriously impairing the safety of another person in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by July 20, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
