What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord, and because the Tenant, another occupant or a person the Tenant permitted has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The N7 notice did not provide sufficient details to allow the Tenant to know the case against him and prepare a proper defence, which violates the principles of fairness and natural justice.
