What happened

The ruling

The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $881.00 on or before June 30, 2021, or $1,531.00 on or before July 14, 2021. If the Tenant does not make the required payment, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
