What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective August 2, 2021. Tenants failed to pay rent for the period from June 1, 2021 to November 30, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $9,836.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $7,262.05 plus $46.03 per day starting January 5, 2022. If payment is not made, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 16, 2022.
