What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,169.11 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $32.49 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 6, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 16, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
