The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,033.32 plus $37.71 per day from October 22, 2021 until the Tenants move out. The Tenants can void the eviction order by paying $2,705.59 by October 31, 2021 or $3,852.56 by November 15, 2021.
