What happened

Landlord applied to re-open a previous application because the Tenants did not comply with the terms of their mediated settlement. The Tenants were in arrears of rent and the Landlord had served a valid Notice of Termination.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,033.32 plus $37.71 per day from October 22, 2021 until the Tenants move out. The Tenants can void the eviction order by paying $2,705.59 by October 31, 2021 or $3,852.56 by November 15, 2021.
