What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their daughter.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and Tenants is terminated effective October 8, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
